NForge Game Studio ("NForge", "us", "we", or "our") operates websites, games and mobile applications (the "Service"), including FinnyTopia Tycoon.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used here have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

  • Service — the websites, games and mobile applications operated by NForge.

Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"), including but not limited to:

  • First name and last name (for example, when you contact us through our website)
  • Account identifiers when you sign in with Google / Google Play Games or Firebase Authentication
  • Your messages to the Service (e.g. support requests and contact form submissions)
  • Other data you choose to give us (e.g. data to identify an issue with the Service or to recover a lost account)

Game Data

Your in-game progress — such as coins, diamonds, collectibles, levels, buildings, settings and similar gameplay state — is stored via Firebase Cloud Save so that your progress syncs across sessions and devices. This data is linked to your account identifier.

Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser or device sends whenever you visit or use our Service ("Usage Data"). This may include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system, unique device identifiers, crash logs and other diagnostic data.

Advertising Data

We show advertisements in our games through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), approximate location, and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure ads. See the "Advertising" section below for details and opt-out options.

Cookies and Tracking Data

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and to remember your preferences. Examples of cookies we use: session cookies (to operate the website), preference cookies (to remember your settings) and security cookies (for security purposes). You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, some portions of our Service may not function properly without them.

Third-Party Data

We may receive data from our partners, for example if you link a third-party account (e.g. Google) with the Service, or information from the platforms the Service runs on (e.g. to verify purchases).

Use of Data

NForge uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service
  • To save and synchronize your game progress across devices
  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
  • To monitor the usage of our Service
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues and fraud
  • To show and measure advertising that funds our free-to-play games

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), NForge’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it. NForge may process your Personal Data because:

  • We need to perform a contract with you (e.g. to provide the game and save your progress)
  • You have given us consent (e.g. for personalized advertising)
  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and is not overridden by your rights
  • We need to comply with the law

Advertising & Consent

  • Our games use Google AdMob to serve rewarded and interstitial ads.
  • For users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for consent before showing personalized ads, using Google’s UMP consent form. You can change your choice at any time in the game’s settings.
  • You can opt out of interest-based advertising in your device settings: on iOS via "Allow Apps to Request to Track", and on Android via "Delete advertising ID" or "Personalized ads" in your Google settings.
  • You can learn how Google uses advertising data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and opt out of AdMob personalization by following Google’s instructions.

Service Providers

We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service (such as in-app purchases). Payments are processed by the platform you use; we do not store or collect your payment card details. Retention of Data

NForge will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies. We keep your game save data while your account is active; upon a deletion request, we remove it from our systems. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when it is used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or when we are legally obligated to retain it longer.

Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. NForge will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data.

Under certain circumstances, NForge may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency). NForge may also disclose your Personal Data in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

Security of Data

We implement administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. NForge aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. In certain circumstances, you have the following rights:

  • The right to access — to be informed of, and request a copy of, the Personal Data we hold about you.
  • The right to rectification — to have your information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to have your Personal Data deleted when it is no longer necessary, was unlawfully processed, or when you withdraw consent.
  • The right to object — to object to our processing of your Personal Data, including for direct marketing purposes.
  • The right of restriction — to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information in certain cases.
  • The right to data portability — to be provided with a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • The right to withdraw consent — at any time, where we relied on your consent to process your information.
  • The right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data.

Rights of Users in Türkiye (KVKK)

Deletion of Data Request

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at info@nforgegame.com. To delete your in-game data, you may also use the account deletion option in the game’s settings where available. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us; if we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

"Do Not Track" Signals

We do not respond to Do Not Track ("DNT") browser signals. You can enable or disable DNT in the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser, and you can limit ad tracking in your mobile device’s privacy settings as described in the "Advertising & Consent" section above.

Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us (for example, app stores and social media). If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Modified" date at the top.
