Gameplay First
Monetisation matters, but no revenue model can save a bad core loop. The game comes first.
A small team, a lot of stubbornness, and our first game freshly released.
N-Forge was founded around a kitchen table by a few developers who were tired of hearing that there were no good mobile games left. Our first prototype took a weekend; our first game, FinnyTopia Tycoon, took months of work.
What sets us apart is not our size but our approach: every mechanic is tested many times before it ships. We look at data, but we do not design by data — how the game feels always has the final word.
Building in Türkiye and shipping to the world is not a slogan for us — it is how we operate.
Mission: To make games that fit in your pocket but grow in your mind — and to make a five-minute break memorable.
Vision: To become a studio that comes out of Türkiye, is recognised globally, and is known for respecting its players.
Monetisation matters, but no revenue model can save a bad core loop. The game comes first.
Prototype → test → fix → repeat. Every mechanic goes back on the table many times before release.
No dark patterns, no misleading ads. A player's time is the most valuable material we work with.
Everyone knows what they are doing and why. We produce games, not meetings.
Metrics are a compass, not a map. What the numbers do not say, playtesting does.
We do not chase hits; we build a studio. Each game lays the groundwork for the next.
There are four of us. Everyone wears more than one hat, but each of us has a clear craft — and every decision is made at the same table.
Game architecture, gameplay code and live service infrastructure come from these two. Everything technical, from building the core loop in Unity to balancing economy tables, from cloud save and ad integration to performance optimisation.
Every pixel you see on screen, from the fish and corals to the interface icons and store artwork. Art direction, UI design and animation all come from one hand, which is why our games hold a consistent visual language throughout.
How the game looks on the store, who it reaches and how it talks to players. Store optimisation, campaign planning, community management and post-launch data tracking all sit here.
A kitchen table and the conviction that it could be done better. The first prototypes get written.
We build our own production pipeline on Unity: prototype, playtest, balance, repeat. The studio is officially born.
FinnyTopia Tycoon goes live. Getting the economy of an aquarium simulation right took far more work than we expected.
While growing FinnyTopia with updates, we are prototyping our next game. The most exciting chapter of the story is being written right now.
Press kit, partnership, or just to say hello — our door is open.
